Contingency Search
With no upfront fee, we manage the full recruitment life cycle and charge a percentage of the candidate’s compensation after they’ve successfully performed in the role for 90 days.

Container Search
This hybrid contingency search and retained search model allows startups to lock in an exclusive partner for a strategic or sensitive role. A percentage of the estimated placement fee is paid upfront and exclusivity is agreed to between the parties.

Retained Search
In this traditional executive search model, all retained searches are exclusive to Worth Search. The cost of the search is agreed upon before the role kicks off and payments are based on either time or progress milestones.

Giving Back
Worth Search is passionate about giving back to our local communities and other causes we care deeply about. Starting in 2021, Worth Search began to donate a portion of every placement fee to charity.
We are proud to support organizations funding and researching cures for cancer, the training and delivery of service dogs to those in need, helping convicted felons get back on their feet once they’ve served their time, stopping human trafficking, meals on wheels, as well as volunteering at nursing facilities.
